Intro to Vinyasa: The word ‘vinyasa’ comes from Sanskrit and means ‘to place with special awareness’. In these open-level classes you will synchronise your breath and movement as you flow and dance your way through a physically challenging moving meditation.
What to expect: Vinyasa Flow classes are dynamic, open to all, always different, and created by individual teachers based on their yoga background. Classes may include breathing exercises, meditation, chanting, analysis of alignment, and hopefully some laughter. While each class is varied, it is guaranteed you will focus your mind, enhance strength and mobility, and leave with renewed vigour and inspiration!
