Charlie came to yoga over 15 years ago whilst working in the city in a very stressful environment. She soon realised the benefits it had for her both physically and mentally. After some years Charlie decided to leave the corporate world and travel across India. There she gained her teaching qualification at a Sivananda centre and continued to learn more and more about herself.
Charlie also teaches pregnancy yoga, where she creates a safe and nurturing environment. Her classes empower the mother-to-be to move more intelligently in response to the pregnancy and in preparation for giving birth with a focus on also raising the heart-beat and strengthening the body.
Charlie prefers not to compartmentalise her yoga practice; for her it is about deep introspection, moving creatively with flow, and exploring the power of the breath. Her classes are very inclusive and for those that want to heal, grow and move closer to better versions of themselves.
