Michelle is a motivated yoga instructor and practitioner, and Yoga Alliance certified in Bikram yoga, FG Yoga, Yin and Vinyasa principles. Having studied under Stewart Gilchrist, Michelle enjoys inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long-term health and fitness goals. Michelle is energetic and outgoing with a collaborative spirit and has over 11 years yoga teaching experience.
