Jade originally found yoga amidst university stress and related struggles and everything changed through simply getting out of the mind and into the body. During this challenging time, Jade found spirituality and yogic philosophy to make profound sense and continues to study this and bring it into her teaching. She is particularly passionate about using yoga to build self-compassion and a more compassionate earth, and empathises with how challenging it can be to slow down and bring awareness within.

Jade’s Vinyasa classes emphasise both strength and flow, and her Friday morning class aims to set you up for the day ahead feeling empowered and warm-hearted. Jade also enjoys teaching Yin yoga and, as a literature graduate, has a passion for writing. Alongside all things yoga, she writes on veganism and mental health and has been featured in publications such as OM Yoga Magazine.

During her teacher trainings in India in 2017 and 2019 (Yoga Alliance RYT 500 Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga & Yin Yoga), Jade has been deeply touched by the ancient traditions from which yoga originates and comes to meet us in our lives today.
