Laura is a lifetime practitioner of mindfulness and movement. Committed to supporting positive change through presence and embodiment, she has been teaching yoga & mindfulness for over a decade and has enjoyed sharing her work with studios, retreat centres and organisations in the UK and internationally. Also a certified Transformational Life Coach & Somatic Coach Laura works with individuals to develop deeper self awareness, align with values & purpose and create sustainable change in any area of life.
Laura believes that yoga provides a therapeutic opportunity to re-connect to ourselves and the world around us.  As we release physical and mental tension a sense of possibility opens up and we become more available to respond to life with grounding and grace. Her intention is to provide the space to explore conscious movement, and develop embodied presence.
Laura teaches mindful vinyasa flow and yin yoga, incorporating mindfulness, somatic movement and breath-work to help us relax and arrive more fully into each moment. Her classes are suitable for any experience level.
