What to expect:
 This class is for all levels and all abilities, and provides a general introduction to ‘typical’ yoga. You will practise fundamental postures and correct alignment principles in a safe, nurturing environment. The instructor will also guide you through useful breathing techniques while strengthening your body, increasing mobility, and raising your confidence. We guarantee you will leave feeling energised and more relaxed in body and mind.
