Intro to Power Yoga: Sometimes we just want to feel the burn. Power Yoga is a specially designed class for those who want to move fast, build muscle and stretch further. Suitable for all levels except complete beginners, this is a cardio-intensive class with lots of sweat and a perhaps a few swear words!

What to expect: Essentially faster and more intense Vinyasa, expect to be led through a complex sequence full of challenging asanas and modifications.
