Intro to Meditation: Meditation enables you to become more present and grounded in your life, leading to more peace and general contentment. Ultimately, the aim of meditation is to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.

What to expect: After each morning Vinyasa class and some evening classes, you are invited to sit and meditate in our serene studio.As you settle into yourself, you can watch your thoughts and emotions come and go without judgement. When you reach the space ‘between your thoughts’ you cease to identify with all the feelings that typical dominate your day, and you are able to connect with your ‘original’ unconditional self. Meditation is for all levels and particularly those who seeking to reduce stress, anxiety, find stillness and a deeper spiritual connection.
