You can expect a strong focus on breath and intention in her classes and can hope to walk away feeling empowered by your body wherever you are on your yoga journey.
Whether you are with Hannah for one of her fast pasted Vinyasa Krama practices that are sequenced around a theme, philosophy and peak poses that build over the course of a month to ensure you learn a new idea and skill every month. Or whether you attend one of her slower classes or targeted workshops. You can expect an embodied practice that is rooted in the traditional yoga with which her own practice and training has been built from but that is built to meet the evolving nature of our society and minds.
In her classes you can expect a strong focus on rythym and breath with music and mediations that compliment this. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner Hannah believes yoga and her classes should be accessible for all so there will always be options, props and sequences that ensure you remain in the drivers seat of your own practice.
