Flo teaches Embodied Yoga throughout Brighton and Hove. Her teaching is based in science, physiotherapy and traditional yoga practices to calm and support the nervous system. Flo’s classes integrate soothing tools like breath practices, massage and visualisation to all styles of movement, such as Slow Flow, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin & Restorative yoga. Flo aims to give you a warm, calm space to connect your mind, body, and breath. All shapes, sizes, and levels of experience, strength, and flexibility are welcome in her classes.
